Travel Document Submission Kiosk / Personal Documentation Submission Kiosk
Travel Document Submission Kiosk / Personal Documentation Submission Kiosk are installed at the Immigration Headquarters and seven Immigration branch offices. Applicants can submit their HKSAR passport applications by using Travel Document Submission Kiosk / Personal Documentation Submission Kiosk during office hours if they meet the following eligibility criteria:
- being a Chinese citizen;
- being a permanent resident of the HKSAR; and
- being a holder of a valid Hong Kong permanent identity card.
BUT if the applicant’s passport is lost, damaged, or he/she chooses to amend his/her personal particulars, he/she should submit the application in person at counter.
